Elves represented multiple species in the Edgeworld. Elves had large, dark eyes without sclera, wizened faces, and pointed ears.
Elves were known to have a close relationship with Caterbirds. They watched Caterworms as they fed and hatched, and sometimes even slept in Caterbird cocoons. They were also known to live with Woodtrolls.
In the Free Glades during the Second Age of Flight, a group of oakelves known as the Oakelf Brotherhood inhabited Lullabee Island.
