Ferule Gleet was an academic of the School of Colour and Light Studies. An elderly, stooped man with pale blue white-pupiled eyes bleached by decades of exposure to various solvents, Ferule Gleet worked as a painter. He was the one who painted Quint's sword miniature, and later made forged mail for Vilnix Pompolnius. He also provided evidence for the Professors of Light and Darkness that Vilnix Pompolnius entered the School of Potions and Poisons.
