Grut-Tugg was a Hammerhead Goblin who lived in the Western Woods during the Third Age of Flight. He was from Hegg-Tut-Teg's clan and he took part in twenty-two fights, possibly twenty-three after the Battle of Farrow Lake. He took part in the Battle of the Skies above Farrow Lake.
