Glazed hammelhorn legs

Glazed hammelhorn legs were specially prepared cuts of meat from the legs of Hammelhorns. They were traditionally a part of the grand feast on Wodgiss Night, together with Wodgiss Sausages and Wodgiss Spiced Scones.
