Captain Rain Quarm was a sky pirate captain and the second captain of the Galerider. Though more cautious than the sky ship's previous captain, Hurricane Razorflit, Rain Quarm commonly burst into violent rages. Eventually, he was festooned by Wind Jackal, who took his place as the ship's captain. It is probable that he was an unpopular sky pirate captain who did not manage to win his crew's approval.
