Thornesse was the seventh Keeper of the Garden of Thoughts in the Free Glades and later Great Glade.[1] She, along with Cancaresse, the First Keeper, were the only female waifs mentioned in The Edge Chronicles, Threnodesse only being mentioned in Weird New Worlds.
